Data Chat Protocol – Sanger's Data Team uses this protocol during their Site Data Chats, preparing site leadership for their own trimester/quarterly Student Data Meetings within grade-level PLC teams. This protocol is continuously refined throughout the year based on feedback.
Principal Summit Protocol – This protocol is used to conduct School Site Principal Summits, which focus on using data to take action on one Signature Practice and one Problem of Practice.
Assessment Creation in Illuminate
SUSD worked with teachers and school site support staff to build their capacity in using the Illuminate platform to develop assessments that provide actionable data to support student mastery of grade-level standards.
